Abstract

This bachelor work is dedicated to education and development of managers in organization. The aim of my work is find out which managerial skills are at managers evolve and which methods are used, then evaluation of education out of sight managers as well as spend costs. The Bachelor work is divided into several parts. In the theoretical part, there are described terms like management, education and development of managers. Another part is characteristic of chosen problem, which include description of chosen methods for collection and analysis of information. Follow part is analytic, which include analysis and evaluation results follow from find out information. Last part include suggestions and recommendation for changes in education a development of managers in organization.
