Abstract

The topic of the bachelor’s thesis is the analysis of the wage system and employee benefits in a selected bussines company. The aim of the bachelor’s thesis is to theoretically define the basic information about the wage system and employee motivation. Another objective is to characterize employee benefits and their classification. The theoretical part is followed by a practical part. In this part, the selected business company is characterized. After a brief characterization, the analysis of the wage system and employee benefits in the selected company follows, which is concluded with a questionnaire survey. The final part of the thesis summarizes the most important information and presents an overall evaluation of the wage system and employee benefits, as well as recommendations for improvement.
