Tvářecí parametry trubkových oblouků

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá úpravou tvářecích parametrů při výrobě trubkových oblouků. Jde o trubky velkých rozměrů, ohýbané za tepla. Obsahuje rozbory tepelně mechanických parametrů, sil působících v ohýbacím zařízení a vyhodnocení jejich vlivu na průběh celého procesu. Cílem práce je upřesnit stávající technologii ohybu za tepla tak, aby byly minimalizovány nežádoucí průvodní jevy a dodržena požadovaná odchylka kruhovitosti průřezu po dokončení ohybu.

This study describes the modification of forming parameters of tube bending. Specifically, it discusses the bending of large diameter steel pipes using local heat and cooling and includes the analysis of thermo-mechanical parameters. It also discusses the different forces used in bending tools and evaluates their influences on work flow. The main objective of the study is to specify the existing technology for heat bending and to minimize any adverse side effects in order to maintain the shape tolerances in cross-sections of the tube after the bending is finalized.
