Přijímání a adaptace zaměstnanců

Abstract

Práce je věnována procesu přijímání a adaptace nových zaměstnanců. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V teoretické části je popsán průběh získávání, výběru a přijímání zaměstnanců. Hlavní obsah teoretické části je věnován řízení průběhu pracovní a sociální adaptace. Praktická část je věnována analýze procesu přijímání a adaptace nových zaměstnanců u konkrétní společnosti. Výsledky provedené analýzy poskytují zpětnou vazbu od vybrané skupiny pracovníků a jsou podkladem na návrh zlepšení procesu adaptace v konkrétní společnosti.

The bachelor thesis is devoted to the process of hiring and adaptations of new employees. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part describes course of hiring, selection and recruitment of employees. Main content of the theoretical part is devoted to the management during labor and social adaptation. The practical part is devoted to the analysis of process recruitment and adaptation for a specific company. Results of the analyses provide feedback of selected groups of employees and are the basis for the proposal to improve the adaptation process in the specific company.
