Abstract

The Bachelor thesis deals with a streamlinig of production of chambers in a hydraulic gear box cover for a company TFA alfa s. r. o. . In the prelude, there is a general characteristics of the problem and possible way of resolving. Next part includes theoretical analysis of a diversification and characteristics of cast iron, as well as, machinig of gray cast iron. The main part of the thesis deals with more efficient replacement of original technology. The replacement consists of choosing more progressive tools for machinig chambers. In the next part of the work, there is a technical – economic assessment where I evaluate economic benefits of the new selected technology. The ending includes an evaluation of the work.
