Abstract

This thesis documents the insufficient maintenance of machinery company. It introduces solution that should provide better reliability thanks to the improved maintenance process described in this thesis. The introduction describes the requirements for maintenance and reliability of machines, individual system implementation, management and maintenance organization. The next chapter contains normative documentation for the maintenance. The second part of the thesis describes the current state of the maintenance in the company. It is followed by the proposal of repair days for improvement and routine maintenance. It also contains application of the operational rules to two machines. These operational rules should become an indivisible part of the documentation of all production machinery located directly on the machine.
