Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with training and development of employees in a particular company. The first part is focused on the theory of training and development and sets a framework for the subsequent, practical part. The main aim of the thesis is to analyze the current state of the art of the education process based on the provided information, internal documents, interview with the HR representative, as well as a questionnaire survey. The data were processed to make proposals and recommendations that would lead to a more effective system of training and development improving the current process.
