Posouzení funkční bezpečnosti elektrického ovládání škrtící klapky motoru silničního vozidla

Abstract

The master thesis deals with the electric throttle control system of a road vehicle engine and the assessment of the functional safety of this system. The focus here is on the determination of the block diagram of the selected unit and the evaluation of the determined dangers associated with the throttle control. As part of the qualitative evaluation of the system, the FTA method is used, which represents the fault tree analysis, and the FMEA method, which represents the analysis of the ways and consequences of failures that can occur in the case of electric throttle control. As part of the qualitative assessment, safety mechanisms and appropriate measures are proposed so that the given risks of the system are reduced, and the system can be considered safe. In the conclusion, evidence of safety is provided within the framework of a quantitative assessment of the issue. In the final part of the thesis, an evaluation of the achieved results is presented.
