Návrhy na provozní modernizaci zařízení pro výrobu stlačeného vzduchu

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na modernizaci a zlepšení chodu kompresorovny, jakožto výrobny stlačeného vzduchu, ve společnosti PRECHEZA a.s. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny charakteristiky souvisejících pojmů, seznámení s historií používání stlačeného vzduchu, jsou zde představeny druhy kompresorů a způsoby jejich regulace. Dále teoretická část vysvětluje metody rozhodování, které jsou následně použity v části praktické. Tato se zabývá aktuálním stavem kompresorovny a dále jsou již řešeny možnosti modernizace, jejíž návrh je cílem diplomové práce. Po zanalyzování možností a doporučení nejvhodnější varianty je vyhodnoceno splnění cíle diplomové práce a je zhodnocen její přínos.

The master thesis is concerned with modernization and improvement of a compressor workroom as a place of production of compressed air in PRECHEZA a.s. There are a mention of related terms, an explanation of the history of using a compressed air, an enumeration of types of compressors and ways of their regulation in the theoretical part. Furthermore, the theoretical part explains the decision making methods, which are subsequently used in the practical part. This part is concerned with the present situation of the compressor workroom and a possibilities of its modernization, of which suggestion is the target of this master thesis. After analyzing the possibilities and recommendation of the most suitable variation, the satisfaction of the target of the thesis and its merit are assessed.
