dc.description.abstract	Bakalárska práca popisuje primárne vlastnosti a konštrukciu LED diód. Okrem tejto problematiky zahŕňa tiež analýzu teplotného chovania žiarivých zdrojov. Najdôležitejšou časťou Bakalárskej práce je laboratórna úloha, ktorá graficky znázorňuje vplyv teploty na spektrálne vlastnosti žiarivých zdrojov používaných v optických komunikáciách. Merané boli výkonové LED diódy, LED diódy a laserové diódy.	cs
dc.description.abstract	Thesis describes the primary features and construction of LEDs. This issue also includes an analysis of the temperature behavior of bright sources. The most important part of the thesis is the role of the laboratory which graphically shows the effect of temperature on the spectral characteristics of the single briht sources used in optical communications.
