Abstract

Assessment of the company's strategy is based on a number of analysis and analysis of business objectives and decisions. The paper used in internal and external analysis, which in turn examine the individual factors, internal and external phenomena. To assess the external factors of the company are used PEST analysis and Porter's five forces analysis. The internal analysis then uses the model works 7S and SWOT analysis. There are also factors included selected financial indicators. The results of analysis inform about how to use this knowledge and application in practice. The main strength of the company are considered sales and service. The need to develop this site and use it for business prosperity.
