Abstract

Posouzení strategie firmy se opírá o řadu analýz a rozborů jednotlivých cílů a rozhodnutí firmy. V práci jsou použity interní a externí analýzy, které postupně zkoumají jednotlivé faktory vnějších a vnitřních jevů. K posouzení externích faktorů firmy jsou použity PEST analýza a Porterova analýza pěti konkurenčních sil. K interním analýzám poté práce využívá model 7S a SWOT analýzu. Jsou zde také obsaženy vybrané faktory finančních ukazatelů. Výsledky těchto analýz informují o možnostech využití těchto poznatků a uplatnění do praxe. Hlavní silnou stránkou posuzované firmy jsou služby a servis. Je potřeba rozvoje této stránky a využít ji k prosperitě firmy.
