Konstrukce a realizace 3D tiskárny

Abstract

Master thesis is dealing with the design of a desktop 3D printer based on a fused deposition modelling technology. The introduction section contains the description of the most used 3D printing methods with a review of benefits and disadvantages. Further are described relevant materials for printing, mainly for FDM method. In the design part, at first there is described a chosen movement mechanism CoreXY and then is designed the main support frame, gantry with the printhead, lifting mechanism and heated bed. The design above is followed by selecting the printhead, extruder and control system. The conclusion contains evaluation of achieved goals.
