Vnímání experta v oblasti nákupu komodit

Abstract

Předmětem mé bakalářské práce bylo zjištění vlastností a schopností expertů v oblasti nákupu komodit, jelikož nákup je specializovaná oblast, pro kterou je potřeba speciální expertiza. V kvalitativním výzkumu bylo osloveno 5 respondentů. Na základě informací získaných z literatury a kvalitativního výzkumu jsem vytyčil souhrn všech důležitých vlastností, které jsou pro práci komoditního nákupčího důležité, a následně navrhl nejdůležitější vlastnosti a schopnosti, které by měl expert mít. Semi-strukturovaný rozhovor i analýzu dat jsem uspořádal dle tabulky, kterou charakterizoval Shanteau. Vhodnost jeho práce jsem výzkumem potvrdil. Dle výzkumu se jako nejdůležitější vlastnosti jeví odborné vzdělání a znalost komodity, osobnostní vlastnosti jako komunikativnost, rozhodnost a sebereflexe. Do méně důležitějších vlastností řadím sebevědomí či odolnost vůči stresu.

The subject of my thesis was to determine the characteristics and abilities of experts in buying commodities as the purchase is a specialized area for which special expertise is needed. In qualitative research, 5 respondents were interviewed. Based on information obtained from literature and qualitative research I've set itself a summary of all the important features that are important to the work of the purchaser of the commodity, and consequently suggested the most important qualities and abilities that expert should have. Semi-structured interview and data analysis, I organized according to the table, which characterize Shanteau. The appropriateness of his the research work I confirmed. According to research, the most important characteristics appear extensive knowlege base and knowledge of commodities, personality traits such as communication skills, determination and self-reflection. A less important feature is confidence or stress resistance.
