Abstract
The object of the thesis is to analyze the employee satisfaction with human resources policy of the company and to propose the proceedings for improvements especially regarding enhancement of the attractiveness for employees.
In the first chapter the theoretical base of the HR company processes is defined and in following chapters is described and analyzed selected company. The analysis is provided by questionnaires. Its results are interpreted according particular questions and employee groups. Proposals and recommendations are based on realized facts and discussions with company managers.
