Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the automation of the production process in the automotive industry. The main goal of the diploma thesis is to create an automated workplace whose work cycle time will be lower than that of the manual workplace. Various solution variants are considered in the design of an automated workplace using robots on the assembly line. The selected variant is developed and described in the design solution. As an essential part of the workplace, a security design is created for an automated workplace. The diploma thesis also deals with the visualization of the entire workplace in a 3D model and creates a simulation of the work process.
