Abstract

Bachelor Thesis is deals with the desing of a marketing stratégy for a small machine company. The Theorerical part of thesis contains a description of the basis for creating maretning stratégy. Strategic analyzes are demonstrated on the basis of knowledge of theory. The target market is determined by segmentation. Marketing strategy is designed on the basis of data obtained from analyzes. With regard to the strategy, potential risks are assessed and countermeasures are proposed.
