Abstract
The master thesis deals with the issue of surface treatment by blasting on metal prototypes produced by Selective Laser Melting technology. Introduction of theoretical part of the thesis contains a brief list of methods and materials used in additive manufacturing. Following chapters consists of detailed summary of 3D metal printing by following methods of selective laser melting (hereafter referred to as SLM) and selective laser sintering (hereafter referred to as SLS) together with the advantages and differences between those technologies. The thesis includes experimental part, in which five experiments with surface treatment by blasting using are conducted with different parameters. The conclusion of the thesis contains the evaluation of the experiment followed by the selection of the most suitable parameters for the surface treatment by blasting.
