Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the diagnostics of horizontal centrifugal pumps used in technological processes of chemical products processing in operation Coking plant Svoboda. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part are briefly described various types of devices for transport of liquids and their principle of operation. I also deal with the basics of vibro-diagnostics and thermodiagnostics. Also, there are mentioned conventional rotating machinery faults and their manifestations. The practical part provides basic information about the company owning the measured machines and information on the location of individual machines. The following are information about the diagnostic equipment used and the method of measuring and evaluating data. In the main section, the collected data of individual machines are recorded. The conclusion of the thesis is a summary of the measurement results and the technical condition of the machines
