Aplikace metod průmyslového inženýrství při plánování a realizaci investičního projektu

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the application of industrial engineering methods in the planning and implementation of an investment project. The aim is to develop a procedure that links multi-criteria decision-making, project management and economic investment assessment. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts related to an investment project, a decision-making problem, multi-criteria evaluation and the critical path method. The practical part focuses on market analysis, the definition of evaluation criteria and the assessment of five apartment unit variants from the perspective of a regular user and an investor. Multi-criteria decision-making methods are used to select the most suitable variant. The acquisition process of the selected property is then modelled using the CPM method and supplemented by an economic investment assessment. The outcome of the thesis is a recommendation of a suitable property variant and an evaluation of the conditions under which the project is feasible.
