Technologie vysokoposuvového frézování austenitických ocelí

Abstract

The bachelor´s thesis deals with the high feed milling of austenitic steels. The theoretical part is focused on the research of current state of austenitic steel milling and suggestion of experimental activity milling with the description of austenitic steels characters, tools for milling, usage of high feed milling and worked out researches to similar experiments. In the practical part there is description of the machine tool, cutting tool, cutting conditions and used measuring instrument. The aim of the thesis is evaluation of cutting forces data, final force during milling and surface roughness parameters. The results were evaluated from the measured data and were given into charts and graphs. In the last part there is discussion of the results, recommendation and conclusion, where cutting forces Fx, Fy, Fz, F data and surface roughness parameters Ra, Rz are evaluated.
