Abstract

The aim of this work is Evaluation of Employees' Recruitment and Selection in a chosen company. Theoretical part is based on knowledge of Employees' Recruitment and Selecton process. Also is described and explained new method called PEBS- Pre-Employment background screening. In this work has been used an questionnaire and based on this results are designed suggestions for improvement this process in a chosen company.
