Kavitace v armatuře

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na měření kavitace v regulační armatuře dodané výrobcem ARMATURY GROUP a.s. V práci je obsažena rešerše na téma kavitace v regulačních armaturách vypracována na základě rozsáhlého množství zdrojů. Byl sestaven hydraulický obvod pro měření regulačních armatur, na kterém byl zjištěn součinitel regenerace tlaku FL. Následně byly pro konfiguraci numerické simulace v programu FLUENT proměřeny průtokové charakteristiky p-Q při malých zdvizích armatury. V průběhu tohoto měření bylo dosaženo pouze počáteční kavitace. Závěr práce uvádí grafické srovnání simulace s měřením a dopočteným kavitačním indexem.

Thesis is focused on measuring cavitation in the control armature which is developed by company ARMATURY Group a.s. There is research about cavitation in control valves based on large amount resources. Hydraulic circuit for measuring flowing in control armature was put together and rated pressure recovery factor FL was computed. After this were measured p-Q characteristics during small openings of armature for numerical simulation in FLUENT. During this step just inception cavitation was reached. At the end of thesis are simulation-measuring comparisons and computed cavitation index too.
