Abstract

This thesis ia about the Mounting Equipment of Brake Pedal Subassembly. Introductory section describes the types of brake pedals and deals FMEA methods, that are required for the automotive industry. Furthemore in the initial part is description of a possible layout of the workplace, as well as direstly describe workplace for mounting the brake pedal. The next part deals with the description of the product that the device will be mounted. The following chapter is concerned with technological procedure folding brake pedal to the subassembly and the calculation of the needed parameters. This chapter is followed by another chapter where the thesis is devoted to specifications of the pneumatic systém and PLC programming. In conclusion verify the correct programming of PLC and verify the functionality of the systém. The annexes are included manufacturing drawings of the brake pedal, pneumatic schematic diagram of movements and equipment layout drawing.
