Zvýšení efektivity systému procesní kontroly kvality

Abstract

Analyzing, describing and valuating of present process quality control that is set up in Sungwoo Hitech s.r.o. and propose some action to make this system more effective. This is the goal of this piece. The issue was solved by the elimination of long term, repetitious problems, which were determined by using the Pareto principle. By proposing a new distribution of quality operator´s responsibility and make change in sharing an information between managers of interested departments. Regarding solutions which were proposed is able to get the lower ppm of production process on welding shop and cut down the costs for elimination damaged products and costs to reduce the effects of delivering duff products.
