Abstract

This thesis is devoted to the theme of competitiveness of companies. The aim of work was building strategies to maintain the competitiveness of small business. The teoretical part includes knowledge of small and medium size enterpise, crisis management and strategic business analysis. Basis for the practical part is the company ABC which is concentrate on operation of the hotel. It is a small business. Based on strategic analysis, I specialized in identifying potential business crisis of ABC. I identified the most important area of business crisis and introduced strategies to prevent potential threats distorting the competitiveness of the company ABC.
