Strategie zachování konkurenceschopnosti malého podniku

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se věnuje tématice konkurenceschopnosti společností. Cílem této práce bylo sestavení strategie zachování konkurenceschopnosti malého podniku. Teoretická část zahrnuje poznatky z oblasti malých a středních podniků, krizových situací a strategických analýz podniků. Odrazovým můstkem pro zpracování praktické části je společnost ABC provozující hotelové zařízení. Jedná se o malý podnik. Na základě strategických analýz jsem se specializovala na identifikaci krizového potenciálu podniku ABC. Vymezila ty nejpodstatnější krizové oblasti a uvedla strategie, jež mají potenciál zamezit případným hrozbám narušujícím konkurenceschopnost firmy ABC.

This thesis is devoted to the theme of competitiveness of companies. The aim of work was building strategies to maintain the competitiveness of small business. The teoretical part includes knowledge of small and medium size enterpise, crisis management and strategic business analysis. Basis for the practical part is the company ABC which is concentrate on operation of the hotel. It is a small business. Based on strategic analysis, I specialized in identifying potential business crisis of ABC. I identified the most important area of business crisis and introduced strategies to prevent potential threats distorting the competitiveness of the company ABC.
