Abstract

Master thesis "Analysis of the Remuneration System in Conditions of Industrial Company" contains introduction, theoretical way out of the remuneration system, characteristic of the company, make analysis of the remuneration system in the company, proposals and recommendations and finish. The aim of this master thesis was make an analysis of the remuneration system in the company,judged satisfaction and knowledges employee in this sphere. Next task was supply proposals and recommendations, which should keep to improve present conditions of payroll system in company.
