Hodnocení efektivity společenské odpovědnosti ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

The thesis is focused on analysis of corporate social responsibility through the selected evaluation methodology. It is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is based on specialized literature and we will familiarize ourselves with the development of corporate social responsibility, the fundamental pillars of CSR, theory of stakeholders, implementation and also evaluation and measurement of CSR. In the practical part is firstly characterized the selected company and presented the methodology by which will be the rate of CSR analyzed. CSR analysis is performed successively in all pillars and then the efficiency rate of selected organization is evaluated. The following are suggestions and recommendations, which are set with regard to the aim of the thesis and conclusion.
