Návrh planetového děliče momentu do redukce nákladního automobilu

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem planetového děliče momentu do přídavné převodovky nákladního automobilu ve třech variantách s poměry dělení 2,0; 1,6 2,5. V úvodní části diplomové práce je uveden přehled typů momentových děličů. Hlavním úkolem je pak provést geometrickou a pevnostní kontrolu všech částí děliče. Dále jsou navrženy a zkontrolovány hřídele s ložisky. V přiložené výkresové dokumentaci je zpracován konstrukční návrh planetového děliče.

The thesis is engaged in design of a planetary torque divider for a gear reduction of a truck in three variants with division ratio 2,0; 1,6; 2,5. In the introductory part of the thesis is given an overview of the types of torque divider. The main task is to implement the geometric and the strength check of all parts of divider. In the next part have been designed and checked a shaft with bearings. In the accompanying drawings documentation is processed design of a planetary divider.
