dc.description.abstractCílem této bakalářské práce je na základě strategické analýzy zjistit aktuální postavení pobočky Top Fitness Poruba na trhu a následně vypracovat doporučení pro budoucí rozvoj dané pobočky. Tato práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou popsány vybrané nástroje strategické analýzy, z nichž jsou některé použity v praktické části. Na základě použitých analýz je sestavena analýza SWOT. Na závěr je dle výsledků strategické analýzy navrhnuto strategické doporučení pro danou pobočku.cs
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to find out the curent position of the branch Top Fitness Poruba on the market based on strategic analysis and then suggest recommendations for further development of the branch. This thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part there are described selected tools of strategic analysis and some of them are used in the practical part. Based on the used analysis the SWOT analysis is created. According to the results of strategic analysis the strategic recommendations for the branch are given in the conclusion.en
