Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the economic impacts of implementing artificial intelligence (AI) in companies, focusing on a specific manufacturing enterprise operating in the field of industrial PVC flooring systems. The main objective of the thesis is to evaluate how AI implementation affects marketing, business, operational, and administrative processes in terms of efficiency, productivity, and economic benefits. At the same time, the thesis analyzes the possibilities of using AI within the digital transformation of the enterprise and assesses its influence on the company’s competitiveness. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the basic concepts related to artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, and the digital transformation of enterprises. The theoretical background also includes the characteristics of the main areas of AI application in companies, particularly in marketing, logistics, manufacturing, financial management, and human resource management. Furthermore, the thesis describes the economic, technological, and organizational benefits of AI implementation, as well as the risks associated with the use of these technologies. The analytical part focuses on the specific implementation of AI in the selected enterprise. It provides a detailed analysis of customer acquisition marketing processes, lead generation, internal ticket management, automation of administrative activities, production planning, and logistics optimization. The thesis describes the practical use of AI tools in the automation of digital advertising, processing customer requests, task prioritization, and analysis of the company’s internal data. Special attention is devoted to digital marketing, where AI implementation resulted in a significant increase in the number of business leads and improved the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Within the economic evaluation, the thesis applies comparative analysis, weighted SWOT analysis, and the ROI indicator. The model evaluation demonstrates that AI implementation brings not only technological innovations to the enterprise but also real economic benefits in the form of higher labor productivity, reduced administrative workload, optimization of logistics processes, and more efficient use of marketing budgets. The results of the analysis confirm that AI can represent a significant factor in increasing the competitiveness and operational efficiency of the enterprise. At the same time, the thesis emphasizes the importance of high-quality implementation, proper data management, and a strategic approach to the use of AI technologies. The thesis concludes that artificial intelligence is not only a modern technological trend but is becoming an important tool of strategic business management. Its effective implementation can significantly contribute to increasing economic performance, improving internal processes, and strengthening the long-term market position of the enterprise.
