Návrh tlakového zkušebního zařízení pro testovaní průmyslových armatur

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the comprehensive design and construction of a horizontal pressure testing device for industrial valves. The introductory part analyzes the existing vertical device VCB50 and includes a research study of similar testing equipment available on the market. Based on the specified requirements, a horizontal layout was selected, utilizing two guide rods with an asymmetrical trapezoidal thread and a support guide, a hydraulic clamping cylinder, and a reversing chain drive. This was followed by analytical and strength calculations of the core structural components and the selection of standardized or purchased parts. In the final section, a strength analysis of the support frame was performed using the Finite Element Method (FEM), the feasibility of utilizing the existing control unit was verified, and a 3D model, along with drawing documentation, was created.
