Návrh třídící linky ve vodní pískovně

Abstract

Hlavním tématem mé diplomové práce je návrh a optimalizace třídící linky ve vodní pískovně, pro maximální hodinový těžební výkon 100 t/hod. Diplomová práce je členěna do základních sedmi částí. V úvodu jsem podrobně přiblížil problematiku těžby písku jak suchou, tak mokrou formou. V další části je stručný popis třídící linky štěrkopísku Kratonohy. V následných třech částech jsem zpracoval technologické výpočty základních částí linky. Na závěr mé práce jsem zhodnotil výkonnostní charakteristiku třídící linky a procentuální množství jednotlivých frakcí. Poslední částí je podrobná výkresová dokumentace, která tvoří přílohu mojí diplomové práce.

Design and optimization of screening plant in water sand-pit for mining maximum hourly output of 100 tons per hour is the main topic of my master thesis. The master thesis is dividend into seven basic parts. In the beginning, I approached the issue in detail sand mining both dry and wet form. The next section is a brief description of the screeming plant Kratonohy gravel. The subsequent three parts I works the technological calcutations of the essential part of the plant. In conclusion of my thesis, I evalueted the performance characteristics of the screeming plant and the percentage of each faction. The last part is the detailed drawings, which are annexed to my master thesis.
