Návrh preventivních opatření degradačních jevů v oblasti povrchových úprav

Abstract

The Bachelor thesis is inquired into study of influence of technology of zinc dipped coating aftewards treated with covering painting, metalization. The factors of expositions of coating systems in outer environment C3 will be analyzed. The thesis contains theoretical description of corrosion effects, adjustments of surfaces before coating aplication, description of anorganic and organic coating with visual valuation based on macroscopic documentation. The objective of this thesis is creation of defect catalogue, which would make conclusive evidence and consequently identify type of defect and source of its origin. For experimental part of the thesis samples with visual defects by IZOSTAV Industry s. r. o. were supplied. The preparation of sample taked place in simulated regime of degradation load of coating system.
