Spôsoby motivácie a odmeňovanie zamestnancov v chemicko priemyselnom podniku

Abstract

The bachelor thesis focuses on ways of motivating and rewarding employees in a chemical industrial company in order to analyze an incentive system and the system of remuneration used by the company. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts regarding this issue. The practical part is devoted to a description of the current system used by the company Duslo a.s.. This information was acquired from collective agreements concluded between employers and trade unions. Based on the findings of the questionnaire the functioning of the system was evaluated and some recommendations which could in the future contribute to greater satisfaction of the company emloyees were proposed.
