Automatizace modelu výrobní linky s využitím rozpoznávání obrazu

Abstract

The main topic of this master thesis is dealing with machine vision for visual inspection on automated production line model. Communication with production line is realized over National Instruments USB data acquisition device. In theoretical part of master thesis were describe use of video cameras in industrial environment and development environments. The application developed in NI Vision Builder sets in goal to try communication with hardware. Next was created graphical user interface by using mathematical software MATLAB to the production line control and the camera control. The main part of this master thesis consisted in the creation of the line automatic control using LabVIEW with quality inspection of the product surface.
