Abstract

The presented bachelor thesis contains the theoretical basis that are important for the sphere of functions of the management of the quality in the organization. It describes individual methods and processes which are characteristic for the given problems and the particular principles for the audit of these systems. The practical part of the work copes with the analysis of the present state of service quality of the private safety service and the proposal for the improvement of the provided service in the organization that are in connection with the performed internal audits.
