dc.description.abstractPředložená bakalářská práce obsahuje teoretické základy důležité pro oblast funkcí managementu kvality v organizaci. Charakterizuje jednotlivé metody a postupy charakteristické pro danou problematiku a základní principy pro auditování těchto systémů. V praktické části se práce zabývá analýzou současného stavu kvality služeb soukromé bezpečnostní služby a návrhem pro zlepšení poskytovaných služeb v organizaci v návaznosti na provedené interní audity.cs
dc.description.abstractThe presented bachelor thesis contains the theoretical basis that are important for the sphere of functions of the management of the quality in the organization. It describes individual methods and processes which are characteristic for the given problems and the particular principles for the audit of these systems. The practical part of the work copes with the analysis of the present state of service quality of the private safety service and the proposal for the improvement of the provided service in the organization that are in connection with the performed internal audits.en
