Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the optimization of streamlining of the production process line. In the introduction are presented the basic concepts from the field of optimization of production processes. Analysis of the current state includes the essential information needed to get acquainted with the problems of the production lines. Were made pictures of the operations and their evaluation. The objective of this work was to find bottlenecks in the production process, both in terms of ergonomics, change the layout, so the timing of operations. At the conclusion of the work are given suggestions of solutions that have been verified by comparing the measurements to work and processed the optimal variant of the spatial arrangement of the layout.
