Studium vlastností povlaků aplikované na obráběcí nástroje

Abstract

The thesis deals with the study of properties of coatings applied to the cutting tools. In my case, the inserts. In the theoretical part of this work have been described and studied modern coatings currently in use on machine tools, methods of application of these coatings and their properties. In the experimental work were tested three interchangeable inserts with different coatings. There has been performed the chemical analysis of the coating and background material. It has been measured the roughness of the surface functional platelet phase boundary layer coatings, the thicknesses of individual layers of coatings and corrosion resistance in salt chamber. Description of the tests, results and evaluation is concluded in the thesis. The best results has been showed by coating based on TiAlSiN.
