Abstract

The thesis is focused mainly on the production of veterinary biological products and medicine with regard to the analysis and evaluation of risks associated with it. In this type of development and production is important to emphasize the high level of protection of pharmaceuticals due to their requirements for sterility, but also the risks associated with this process. In the introduction are mentioned basic facts about the company that manufactures the vaccine Biocan R, which was the subject of this study. The following is a summary of information relating to the manufacture of the vaccine, the basic steps in the production and handling of biological products. Processed are also basic applicable legislation relating to the production, handling and distribution of chemical substances. At the end of this work is based on the analysis and evaluation of risks that may arise in the handling of chemicals used in ancillary activities, measures designed to ensure a better protection in the production of pharmaceuticals Biocan R.
