Abstract
The Bachelor thesis is focused on description and analysis of compliance requirements ISO 9001 in logistic company Vizocargo Ltd.
Thesis is divided into two parts. The first part deals with theoretical system of Quality Management, it´s historical development and individual concepts, the greatest attention is paid to the requirements of ISO 9001 concept.
The second part describes analyzed company and current situation in performing of requirements ISO 9001. The last chapter describes possible deficiencies which may be found by comparison of theoretical knowledge and facts (these deficiencies may prevent in certification of company) and submits proposal for its solution.
