Využití topologické optimalizace při konstrukci držáku aktuátoru

Abstract

This master thesis deals with using topological optimization in Ansys Mechanical during designing an actuator holder. Several theoretical topics are included at the beginning. Special attention is given to flutter of headlamps’ light as this phenomenon is influenced, among other things, by the rigidity of mentioned holder. The practical part is dedicated to analysis of original actuator design and further to topology optimisation. Two different approaches are used in both cases. The optimized shape is then conceptually modified. Benefits of the optimization are mentioned in the final chapter.
