Konstrukční návrh důlního vozíku s oboustranným ručním vyklápěním

Abstract

This thesis deals with design of the side-tipping mine cart, including the desing of a tilt mechanism that enables full body dump under the bad operating conditions. Sub-part of this work is draft of guideing and locking mechanism that dramatically improves manipulation and safety during transportation. The first part of the thesis includes brief characteristics of the bulk materials and ergonomic parameters. The construction part itself is describe into the chapters, which contain calculation and description of each part. Calculation are supported by FEM analysis. All the design documentation is hiding in the appendices.
