Kvalitativní analýza rizik formule SAE

Abstract

Diploma thesis deals with improving traffic safety of Formula SAE and also with minimizing risks of dropping out of the race. It will be dealt with three functional systems: brakes, coolant and fuel system of formula. In theoretical part, method ALARP will be described, and then FTA and FMEA analysis, which is used for recognizing failure modes, their causes and consequences. In practical part, trees of failures for the top events according to FTA analysis will be designed and then the level of risk of single point failures will be determined. In case of adverse risk values, precautions will be suggested to lower possible risk. In the end, suggested precautions will be described .
