Zpracování podnikatelského plánu pro prodej fotovoltaických systémů

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku vytvoření podnikatelského plánu pro novou společnost, která se zabývá prodejem a instalací fotovoltaických elektráren. Teoretická část je zaměřena na praktický popis jednotlivých částí podnikaní a také je popsán postup pro zpracování podnikatelského záměru. Důraz je kladen na analýzy, které jsou použity v praktické časti a jsou pro sestavení podnikatelského plánu velice důležité. Praktická část obsahuje vytvořený podnikatelský plán, kde jsou rozebrány a popsány aspekty nezbytné pro založení společnosti. Jsou zpracovány analýzy mikrookolí a makrookolí, dále analýza vnitřního prostředí, marketingový plán, kalkulace a finanční plán. V závěru jsou shrnuty poznatky z praktické části bakalářské práce, které byly na základě analýz a výpočtů zjištěny.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of creating a business plan for a new company that deals with the sale and installation of photovoltaic power plants. The theoretical part focuses on the practical description of the different parts of the business; the procedure for the preparation of the business plan is also described. The emphasis is on the analyses that are used in the practical part and are important for the preparation of the business plan. The practical part contains the developed business plan, where the aspects necessary for the establishment of the company are discussed and described. The analysis of the micro and macro environment, as well as the analysis of the internal environment, the marketing plan, the costs and the financial plan are developed. Finally, the findings of the practical part of the bachelor thesis, which were found on the basis of the analyses and calculations are summarized.
