Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to determine the position of a particular company on her life curve. To determine the point for location in its life cycle are the three methods. The primary method is to increase dice and method of monitoring results in the financial statements and PAEI method that is chosen as supplementary. Through these methods is analyzed, the result of which is to determine the position of the company on the life curve. For further development of the company model transformation company consists that allows its further growth. The model will allow the company to move from the stage of its life cycle towards further growth and development. The result of the model is to build a strategic plan for the company for a period of 1-3 years with the determination of the strategic goals for this season and individual measures for the implementation of each targets.
