Prověření pozice firmy na křivce vývojového cyklu

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je určit postavení konkrétní firmy na její životní křivce. Pro stanovení bodu, ve kterém se firma nachází ve svém životním cyklu, jsou použity tři metody. Jako primární je to metoda kostek růstu a dále metoda sledování výsledku ve finančních výkazech a metoda PAEI, které jsou zvoleny jako doplňkové. Prostřednictvím těchto metod je provedena analýza, jejíž výsledkem je určení postavení firmy na životní křivce. Pro další rozvoj společnosti je sestaven model transformace firmy, který umožňuje její další růst. Model umožní firmě posunout se ze stadia svého životního cyklu směrem k dalšímu růstu a rozvoji. Výsledkem modelu je sestavení strategického plánu pro společnost na období 1-3 roky s určením strategických cílů pro toto období a jednotlivých opatření pro realizaci každého jednotlivého cíle.

The aim of this thesis is to determine the position of a particular company on her life curve. To determine the point for location in its life cycle are the three methods. The primary method is to increase dice and method of monitoring results in the financial statements and PAEI method that is chosen as supplementary. Through these methods is analyzed, the result of which is to determine the position of the company on the life curve. For further development of the company model transformation company consists that allows its further growth. The model will allow the company to move from the stage of its life cycle towards further growth and development. The result of the model is to build a strategic plan for the company for a period of 1-3 years with the determination of the strategic goals for this season and individual measures for the implementation of each targets.
