Abstract

Bachelor Thesis is dealing with questions and design of lubrication system with air and oil mixture. The introduction outlines the present state of lubrication solution using oil mist and droplets (air – oil). Both shown lubrication methods are described and compared to each other. The second chapter contains selection of lubrication system for both lubrication methods and the last choice of lubrication system. At the third chapter the solved machine is presented – spindle head of grinding machine, and amounts of oil and air consumption are calculated. The next chapter contains an operation diagram, at the fifth chapter there is a specification of used parts and at the end of the Thesis there is summary of attained results. In an Appendix I am presenting an assembly drawing of the spindle head, a piece list and production drawings of oil distribution rings.
